the question says it all really. just ive been told by friends that you need to be going 5-6 times a week otherwise it makes you fat :S. i want to use it to help me lose fat and build muscle which according to maximuscle website is what its best at.
I use maximuscle products to gain weight and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week (day on, day off) – I have so far not gained fat but have gained muscle.
You need to remember that muscle is only built on rest days (when your muscle is healing) so going to the gym everyday actually slows down muscle growth.
